By booking a session with instaNotarize, you agree to the following terms:

Services
instaNotarize provides remote online notarization services performed by a Florida-commissioned Remote Online Notary. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. For legal questions, please consult a licensed attorney.

Payment
Payment is required at the time of booking. All fees are non-refundable once a session has been completed.

Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing a valid government-issued photo ID, accurate and complete documents, and ensuring all signers are present and prepared for the session. instaNotarize is not responsible for delays or rejections caused by incomplete or inaccurate documents.

Session Recording
As required by Florida law, all remote online notarization sessions are recorded and retained for a minimum of 10 years.

Limitation of Liability
instaNotarize is not responsible for the rejection of notarized documents by courts, government agencies, or other institutions due to factors outside our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the session in question.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
